A Korean pantry staple, Ssamjang is the sauce we use to take our BBQ experiences to the next level.

Its flavour profile has the best of both worlds: a delicious blend of fermented soybean paste(doenjang) and red chilli powder, combined with our secret ingredient (a hit of vegan mayonnaise!). Meaning this sauce is natural vegan!

An authentic fermented Korean sauce, Ssamjang has just the right amount of kick, which adds a depth of flavour to grilled meats and vegetables like nothing else. It’s so flavoursome, no additional seasoning is required.

Although it’s best known as a BBQ marinade, we like to use it to dress salads and dip snacks — it’s simply good with everything!
