Shipping Information

ALKEMI store uses reliable courier companies(Hermes for Standard Shipping and UPS for Express Shipping) for domestic and international delivery. Please see the chart below for shipping options. Shipping is free for all UK orders over £50.

All shipments are insured for the value of the merchandise and require signature.

If your location is in mainland UK, your orders placed before 1pm between Monday to Friday will be processed on the same day. Orders received between Friday 1pm and Sunday will be processed on the following Monday.

Please note that your order will only be shipped once payment and delivery details have been approved.

Delivery times are provided as guidelines only, and please take into account possible delays caused by various events such as industrial action and natural disasters.

Make sure to double check your billing and shipping address when placing an order. ALKEMI store is not responsible to reroute packages.

All prices on our site are in pounds sterling and are inclusive of European Union sales tax (VAT) where applicable. 

If your order is to be delivered outside the European Union, it may be liable for import duty and local sales taxes, which customers will need to pay on receipt of the shipment. Taxation laws vary by country and will be determined by your local government. Please check what your local liability for Import tax is as Returns received due to unpaid duty will forfeit all additional costs incurred.

Upon the completion of your order, you will receive an email confirmation outlining the details of your order. This message will include a link that will direct you to updated tracking information.
