* How to make perfect malcha

Put 2 spoons of Malcha in a big bowl and pour 30 ~ 40ml of hot water(80-90°) then whisk circle till there is no lumps. Add another 30 ~ 40ml of hot water then whisk in the shape of 11  till you get the fine foam.
